Building

Our innovative and thought-provoking design is being developed by the brilliant team at Christine Lintott Architects and Biophilia Collective. Crafted to look like a traditional home on the outside, the inside reflects the best of modern building practices - smart functional floor plans, energy-efficient walls and heating systems, and excellent sound-proofing.

At its core, the design is intended to foster community and connection between neighbours. Placement of entrances, stairs, and every detail has been thoughtfully considered to provide casual opportunities for neighbours to cross paths and get to know each other. Shared amenities like the backyard community green space, bike garage, and food garden provide focal points to bring people together.

‘Vic West’ has it all - minutes away from downtown, tree-lined streets, fantastic parks, local shops and cafes, Gorge waterway recreation, and (most importantly) amazing people. The #14 frequent transit route is a 3-minute walk away, with access to downtown, UVIC, and Victoria General Hospital. 3 Modo cars will be within a leisurely 6-minute walk.
