We’ve partnered with the brilliant teams at Christine Lintott Architects, Biophilia Collective, and Happy Cities to create this innovative and thought provoking design. Convent Place represents a revival of classic people-centered design, seamlessly integrated with modern building science. Our homes feature smart-functional floor plans and energy-efficient walls, along with heat pumps for heating and cooling and all-electric appliances. These features prioritize both comfort and sustainability.
